Here we go! On October 3, 2023, the sale of public tickets for UEFA EURO 2024™ started. For the first time since 2006, Germany will host a major international football tournament. The European Football Championship will kick off under the motto "United by Football" on June 14, 2024 in Munich, with the Final being held on July 14, 2024 in the Olympiastadion in Berlin. Public Tickets: Everything you need to know
During the ticket application stage, which runs from October 3-26, 2023, around 1,2 million Public Tickets on sale via the official UEFA ticketing platform. Tickets will be allocated by lottery after the end of the application stage and all participants will be informed of the result by 14th November 2023 at the latest.
After the final draw on December 2, 2023, taking place in Hamburg's Elbphilharmonie, a further one million Public Tickets will be sold to the qualified teams via the various national federations.
In March 2024, the last participating nations will qualify through the UEFA Nations League play-offs. Once the final teams have been determined, further Public Tickets will go on sale via the last qualified national associations.
The allocation of Public Tickets will take place via a transparent and fair lottery procedure that does not follow the 'first-come-first-serve' principle. In order to be able to consider as many supporters as possible, the number of Public Tickets per person is limited to four.

3 - 26 October 2023
Application stage with allocation of 1.2 million Public Tickets via a lottery format. All participants will be informed about the allocation of the tickets by November 14, 2023. The sale will take place via UEFA channels.
2 December 2023
The final draw will take place at the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg. Following this, a further one million Public Tickets will be sold through the federations of the qualified nations
March/April 2024
The final three teams to qualify for UEFA EURO 2024TM will be determined following the conclusion of the UEFA Nations League qualifiers. The final Public Ticket phase will then begin, via the qualified national federations.

What does the match schedule look like?
As host nation, Germany is seeded in Group A on position A1 and will play the opening match on = June 14, 2024, in Munich. All other pairings of the various national teams will be decided after the final draw on December 2, 2023 in Hamburg's Elbphilharmonie.
In the UEFA Nations League play-offs, taking place between March 21-26, 2024, the last three teams will qualify for the tournament, which will thus finalise the tournament schedule.
For the first time in the history of UEFA European Championships sustainability aspects will play a role in the preparation of the match schedule. In order to reduce travel for teams and fans during the group stage and to ensure short transport routes via bus & train, the venues are divided into three clusters:
- North/Northeast (Berlin, Hamburg, Leipzig)
- West (Dortmund, Düsseldorf, Gelsenkirchen, Cologne)
- South (Frankfurt, Munich, Stuttgart)
